TNF group SWEAT fitness classes are a mix of weights, endurance, strength, and cardio.

They range in all levels and abilities as modifications are shown for the beginning, to the advanced. We range from ages 12-65!! It’s a great motivating class that’s sure to get you to your fitness goals!!
