Why is #TeamNAVAfit the right choice?
It's no secret that our bodies are all different. What works for one, may not work for another. This is why with #TeamNAVAfit plans I make sure you're getting the right plan for YOUR body. I have studied nutrition and different areas of it for over 5 years now. A mom, vs. a pregnant woman, vs. a 20 year old, vs a woman in her 40's are all going to be different and need a different approach to their training and meals. What sets me aside from others? I have been through it all. Pregnancy, over wight, breastfed my babies, recovered from 3 c sections, gained weight, lost weight, built muscle, toned, maintained and then some. I am not afraid to learn, keep up with new ideas and put to work for myself before I set it out for others to follow. I was never the naturally "skinny" girl that could get away with eating anything, and as an adult it's twice as hard. I have to constantly put in effort and work in order to maintain or build the body I want. Having 3 kids, working on my master's degree, being a cheer coach, wife, running my own business, being a wife, and all that entails I KNOW busy!! I can relate to real women who live everyday real lives just as I do. I can help put together plans that work for YOU and your life, not to be a slave to your meals or the gym. My goal is to have others not feel ashamed, hid in photos, wear lose clothing, or pants during the summer. I want women to feel confident walking in the gym, and not feel intimidated by the equipment. I want women to know its beautiful to build muscle, or wear their body however they choose to!

1. Where did you start?
My journey started after my second c section, and walking him in the mornings 6 weeks after the dr. released me. I only did cardio at the time, and it wasn't until over a year after starting that I ever even picked up a weight.

2. Favorite pre workout:

3. How tall are you?
I'm 5'8
comp weight: 170's

4. How much cardio do you do?
Average 20 mins a day, unless competing, than it's more as I get ready for stage

5. What's it like having so much of your life on social media?
It comes with the good and the bad.
I get a lot of comments that can be hurtful but in turn also love that I get to inspire and motivate the amount I do. I never in a million years imagined being where I am, or who I am, but I truly love what I get to do for others.

6. Whats your favorite brand of workout clothes?
I love shopping every where. I'll buy from target, Marshalls, Old Navy, and Lululemon. Overall my favorite running shoes are Nike's! They are between free run's 3.0 and 5.0.

7. Are you ever getting your lose skin removed?
I don't know yet. I really don't feel I HAVE to. It's not something that bothers me, and I don't care one way or another. It keeps me humble, and reminds me women don't HAVE to have perfect bodies. I'm not like every other woman on IG who feels I have to pose a certain way, or edit my pictures, because end of the day my body tells a story to the three most important people in my life and that's my children. It will remind them to be strong and not give up even when others doubt them. It will remind my girls how to love their bodies even when it isn't "perfect" and it will keep me grounded. 10 million followers, or 1, I am a person, who won't change into someone else over social media. I was raised to be a good, kindhearted person, and to look for the best in everyone and everything because I was not put on this earth to judge anyone.
